Excellent source of science experiments...
after the amount of cool things in this book, the small number of things to do in the dangerous book for boys is disappointing. but both books are good in their own way i guess.
the layout of this book, is clearer too, done in a nice compact way, its easy to see what to do, and experiments range from testing acids and alkali to making a a battery, an electromagnet, how to make a 'bicarb volcano'(though i knew how to do this already its cool that it has the instructions cheap when the ready made kits can be relatively expensive).

apparently we can also extract dna from a vegetable - i'm really amazed by this-and if this is true, its worth the book price alone for me. i am looking forward to trying it-i just need to get some meat tenderiser...
