Like all his work, it is readable and approachable. When I got my copy, I took off on holiday and read it like a novel and found it hard to put down. Even though it is readable, it goes into good depth and discussion of many technical and complex issues. And Doganis backs up many of his points with relevant real world data, facts and figures, tables and some equations. I use it for teaching a postgraduate course on airline economics. My copy is only 18 months old, and already it is dog-eared and bent from use. It's a 'must-have' for the airline professional bookshelf, travel industry and even total-aviation types. It is also a great resource for teaching.
