Superb
This recipe book is a superb addition to anyone's culinary library - clearly not every recipe will suit every person but it is inconceivable that you would not find a significant number of useful recipes in here and even if you found just one nugget, then considering the price, it would be well worth it.

The variety of recipes in the 1000 series is simply staggering - to say you are stuck for choice is an understatement.

Ok, so there are no photographs but against that, the books don't cost a fortune either and they are compact.

You really cannot go wrong with any of these recipe books and when you consider they cost little more than 1 issue of pretty much any food magazine, well, they truly are an absolute bargain.

Buy this one, buy them all - you won't be disappointed.

Superb book
I have to say I bought this book purely on the recommendations of the other reviews, and I'm glad I did!

I've looked for a cookery book like this all my life - there is so much variety inside, and so many of the recipes are very straight forward, easy to follow and of course delicious.

It is great for both the beginner, or the novice and I am sure you will find plenty to follow. We've been eating so many new and varied meals over the last month, and with 1000 recipes in the book we won't be running out for a long while!

Great book for all
This is the book that taught me to cook. The easy to follow recipes are great. The only thing it lacks is pictures, but most of the recipes don't need them. The meals I cook from this book are regularly requested by my husband, especially the lesagne al forno.

Very good and simple to follow.
I found the book very good as a single bloke whos just moved out and loved pasta etc. i found the recipes good but sometimes to blanc for the begginer. however the recipes are great and taste good and i would recommend it to anyone interested.

So many, so good!
This book is full of excellent recipes. You will find any recipe you would like to try and many more. Every recipe is well explained and you will learn so much!A must have for pasta lover.
