Excellent...covers everything clearly and concisely.Not much more to say really. The book is well laid out, and everything is covered clearly and concisely in a readable style. Chapters are well organised from the simplest basics on to more advanced programs later in the book, easily enabling the reader to skim quickly through bits he/she already understands, or skip ahead to the bits that are most interesting/relevent to them. Little if any repetition. All round good job by Buddy Lee.

A truly great bookI found this book invaluable. The author clearly illustrates in your mind the techniques and method of jump rope and all of it's benefits. He also lays down some sport specific conditioning programs, circuit training and plenty more. I particularly liked all of the facts you find along the way.
This book is highly recomended
