Great read - big book - kids loved it. A great starter to get the kids imagination going with loads of pictures and text which reads well.

Great Dinosaur Intro
This is great for kids. My five year old son loved this book and it has inspired him to want to explore further. This book was introduced at school but he decided he wanted his own copy. It has plenty of facts and pictures. It doesn't go too in depth but that is good thing as all the information made sense to him.

A Good Introduction to Dinosaurs for kids...
I bought this book for my 5 year old son who has just started getting into dinosaurs (he likes Harry and his bucketful of Dinosaurs...) br /It shows a good cross-section of Dinosaurs, what they eat, how big they are, etc. etc. and is enough to increase interest and prompt more questions.... He loved the pictures and laughed at some of the names! br /We have now graduated to the DK dinosaur encyclopaedia which has a lot more detail, and whilst the text is too advanced for a 5 year old it's the logical progression and can be revisited when more of the words make sense... br /This is a good starter book and makes an ideal present.

The book for the kids who ask you about dinosaurs
This is an excellent book, with realistic pictures, but simple information suitable for children ages 5 to 10. Also for everyone who wants to know essentials about dinosaurs. It teaches you about their names, diet, size, ... with comparisons, so it is easier to learn the basics. I think we have chosen the best for the kids who started imaging dinosaurs.
