So far so good!
I would highly recommend this book as I cooked one of the fish dishes and it got rave reviews from myself, my Albanian partner and his Albanian friends! The combination of flavours was amazing alhough the recipes are uncomplicated and straightforward, with not much difficulty involved. My only complaints are that there are no pictures and no measurement conversion guide which I would have found helpful. Also there was one cooking instruction which was a little unclear. However overall I think it is a little gem and so does my partner!
