excellent imax
ok like many imax,stories not to great and they are short,but why do we watch them?photograhpy is great and this is as good as the grand canyon one.i was lucky enough to see the grand canyon on a imax first and cant wait to track this one down on the very big screen.although the women falling off the cliff might be too much! br /well worth a look and should make you want to go there.be warned.

Words cannot do this film justice.
I first saw this film in the IMAX theatre at Zion Canyon, immediately after visiting the canyon itself. DVD, obviously, cannot compare with the breathtaking magnificence of seeing it on IMAX. Even so, it is still a stunning film, which does full justice to the outstanding and haunting beauty of Zion Canyon. Excellent direction and photography enable you to live the story, even though it is wordless. You will not be content to watch this film once.

You'd swear you were actually there
Having visited Zion National Park and its main canyon this dvd gives you an excellent 40 minutes to add to the experience or let you know what the place is about if you haven't been. It tells you about the history of the canyon and the people who lived there right up to the present day. Its beauty is beyond belief and Treasure of The Gods is a very appropriate title. Stunning visual displays are matched by the music (available on CD under the same name) and commentary. The colours of the canyon are clearly captured on the DVD as well as the sheer cliff walls and pillars of stone. Also added for dramatic content and to appreciate the scenary are views of Monument Valley, a rock climb and a flight by a paraglider over Bryce Canyon too. I cannot recommend this stunning DVD enough and those lucky enough to have surround sound will gasp in amazement.
