This is blues from the Carolinas - pretty tuneful, ragtimey fingerpicked blues as opposed to strident and discordant. His guitar playing is fairly accomplished.pThere are some "classic" songs on this CD including "Baby please don't go" and Fuller's "Weeping willow." There's also a somewhat suggestive song "Try some of that" accompanied by some nice guitar work.pPink Anderson isn't one of the best known blues singers and guitar players, but is well worth a hearing.
