Superb --- Great Rock Music!!!
After hearing, "Loved Walked In" for the first time two weeks ago, I had to find out more about this band so I bought this greatest hits album next day, what can I say, it's amazing!!!
Some really great songs and an album that's encouraged me to order more of their CDs.
Thunder Rock!!!

Excellent introduction to a classy British band
This 1995 compilation from UK rockers Thunder serves as an effective introduction to the band's brand of classy rockers and ballads. Featuring tracks from the first three albums plus two new cover songs (Python Lee Jackson's "In A Broken Dream" and the Rolling Stones' "Gimme Shelter"), as well as a rearranged version of "Higher Ground" and the previously unreleased slowie "Once In A Lifetime", those looking for a taster of what the band is all about need look no further. The songs are all several years old now but stand up (pun intended) very well to repeated listening.

Highly recommended and a bargain at the reduced price, but if you buy this keep some pennies to one side, you will soon be spending it on the studio albums!

So underated, it is one of my all time favourite albums
Once you listen to it you want to listen again and again. Even if you have not heard Thunder before it will get you rocking! Beautiful ballards and good time rock all mixed in from songs of previous albums with fantastic (and powerful) vocals. Listen and enjoy

Good Old Fashioned Rock Music
I cant believe nobody has reviewed this album yet. OK so Its not Huge in the strict sense but damn its a good album. I have all manner of rock music but If Im just wanting to swing my head while doin the dishes or hooverin the floor: you cant beat this album.. its funky rock (slightly old fashioned) but the one thing these guys have over everyother band is the slow to heavy impact without the EUCH ITS THRASH effect. (I dont mind thrash at all). But I can see how some folks out there can like - for example - Bon Jovi and hate Metallica. So If your after some simple straight forward good listenin rock music (and no I dont mean country rock) with some nice riffs and intelligent lyrics then this is the one for you. There isnt a single song on this album I hate but theres a couple I simply love..... If you get this album listen for the soft to heavy switch in "Love walked in" and "Castles in the sand" and the fantastic lyrical song "A Better Man". A wonderful album if you cant make up your mind what you feel like listening to. You will not be dissapointed I promise.
