Nice Chilled Breaks
From bass led jazzy breaks to the funky head nod inducing 'Bust a nut', this album is niiiiiice. This is the kinda CD you put on and all your mates start to nod.

Right, I'm off to buy 'Blow your headphones'.

Flawless!
This album is so good and probably Herbaliser's finest, it's mainly down-tempo hip-hop and trip-hop beats, some traks jazzy, some funky and some brooding breakbeat but it all comes together so well. If you like Herbaliser, hip-hop, trip-hop or breakbeat, BUY THIS!

major grooves
The Herbaliser's oft-overlooked first album is more a compendium of a bunch of cool grooves, sounds, and beats than a cohesive album--so it may not be as quite up to par as, say, Very Mercenary. So? It's still killer, funky stuff--and, at times, it's better than anything that came after it. Me like.
