Steptacular!
"The Next Step - Live" was no doubt a steptacular concert, and this video captures all the action live on stage in Manchester. Oh, hold on, did I say "live"? Er...
I have counted the number of songs that Steps actually sing live vocals on in this video, and the results are as follows: they sing live on 7 songs, and they mime (very obviously) on the remaining 10. Personally I think it's very unfair that the video is called "The Next Step - Live" as it is by no means a live concert.
But anyway, Steps are the best band of all time in my opinion, and this video is a tremendous entertainment experience if you overlook the fact that they mime in it so much, as I have done. All their hit singles from "5, 6, 7, 8" up to "Better the devil you know" are performed, plus a whole load of new songs too, such as Lee's groovy solo number "We're gonna have a party" and the fab five's explosive cover of "Ghostbusters". Another plus in the video is that Steps take you backstage on the tour at the end, where you can meet their dancers and see Lee doing press-ups!
Overall, if you buy this vid you will not be disappointed with its content, but it's a shame that Steps' dance routines are so energetic and that they only sing a tiny fraction of their show live.

STEPTACULAR !!!!
Having a 3 Year old who is STEPS Crazy - we must have watched this video hundreds of times, sometimes 3 times in a row and yet we still don't get tired of it.

A brilliant performance that will make you want to rush out and buy tickets for their next tour.

P.S. Wish they would bring it out on DVD so we can jump to our favourite bits.

it was like having Steps live in my living-room
i'm maxine, i'm the biggest steps fan this world has ever seen, the video was great, it helped me to remember just how thrilling wembley was on that night!!, it even takes you backstage and talks to the fab fivesome!, they're brill, the songs are brill and if you're any kind of a remote steps fan, YOU'LL LOVE IT!!

Absolutely "Steptacular!"
People say that Steps can't sing live, but this video definitely proves they can. They sing all their hit songs plus more. I like the different sections (garden, space, etc) and because it was filmed on Hallowe'en night, they sang their own rendition of "Ghostbusters". I have seen them live twice and I liked this video because it lets you see what goes on behind the scenes. A must have for any true Steps fan!

THIS VIDEO IS AMAZING
This video brought back all the memories of steps on tour.I went to see them last November at Wembley and it was the best day of my life.I will never forget Lee,Lisa,Faye,Claire and H showing off all their amazing voices-especially Faye! I LOVE YOU STEPS!
