If you know the basics, don't buy this video
I bought this video after reading a number of books and having played the game for a number of years at club level. In terms of the video's look and feel, it seemed dated with a coach wearing a 80's style tracksuit and having an old 'small headed' racket which was imediately off-putting. O.K, but I didn't buy the video for the looks. In terms of the squash, I was expecting more advanced techniques and tips for matches. I was very disapointed. If you can play the basic shots, I would save your money and pay for a squash lesson instead!
