Go to a class instead!
Ok.Its a training video but all you see is various Muay Thai techniques with no explanation on how they should be performed or tips on execution. You'd be better of going down the gym and taking a look for yourself.
The guys do perform well and I can't fault them for that but watching someone train doesn't make for a great video without any insight to what they are doing.
