Classified--A Masterpiece
The reason most albums sell so well is that they deliver excellent, catchy tunes within three minutes or have excellent promotion behind them. While this album is relatively unknown, it may very well be the greatest masterpiece in pop that has been created within the past couple years. Jade is no Mariah Carey but but has a very lovely voice. The songs contain background music that is classical music, think Bethoven crossed with TLC and Britney Spears. It is not only a clever twist, but an extremely innovative idea for the making of a wonderful album. "Cinderella," "Trying to Be Me," and "Brown Haired Boy" deliver funky beats and messages and are great to listen to. Ballads such as "For the Lonely," "That Night," and "Not Different" are beautiful. p Not being one to post reviews because I find that it is time consuming, it says a lot--I HAD to post one because an album like this DESERVES recognition. Every song is good enough to be a single, the music and beats are fantastic, AND the lyrics are extremely clever and well-written. Classified is a masterpiece and worth the money. Five stars no doubt!
