Puppy Power
Scooby and Shaggy are joined by Scrappy so if you hate those sort of stories steer clear but if not this is for you.

Jack Reeves Review
I liked it because the Boo Brothers were very funny and made me laugh. I also liked the rhyming clues as they were clever and especially the monsters as they were very frightful. My favourite monsters were the ghost of Shaggy's Uncle and the skeleton man. I didn't enjoy seeing the next door girl trying to kiss Shaggy. The songs were very good they had very good tunes. It was a very good animated movie.

A very enjoyable and very funny Scooby Doo adventure
This is a superb feature length mystery - definitely one of their best. Considering it was made in 1983, the animation and particularly the script is far superior to the television series. It's possibly even as good as The Witches Ghost or Zombie Island. It features only Shaggy, Scooby-Doo, and his nephew Scrappy-Doo and is probably all the better for it. Where Fred, Daphne, and Velma tend to slow episodes down a tad, this film is all action from beginning to end. It begins with the trio heading out to Shaggy's newly inherited house, left to him by his late Uncle. Once there they encounter the angry eccentric butler who warns them the house is haunted and to leave at once. Although Shaggy would like to, the loss of his car means they must spend an uncomfortable night, with ghosts, a runaway ape, and a headless horseman. Considering the title of the film, the Boo Brothers play a distinctly minor role. They come into it more at the end, but for the most part, are barely in it at all. Although when they are they are very funny - a cross between the three stooges and the Marx Brothers. This film is definately worth buying - Shaggy has a much better role than in any of the recent films and Scrappy-Doo is a delight. If only he was in the next movie.
