DVD Region Free
I bought this dvd/game hoping i could play all my region 1 dvds on my ps2. But unfortunatly any region 1 dvd i tried was played in black and white!! I even tried it with another tv,but no luck. very disappointed in it!

Great product but beware............
I was given this product a year ago and found it worked a treat every time. The set up is easy and straight forward as the on screen instructions guide you through. Even the first time you use it you'll be watching region free within 2-3 minutes. HOWEVER..........
My old style PS2 finally gave up the ghost in January and I immediately replaced it with the new slim line model only to find that the region free disc doesn't work with it. I assume that it's something to do with the new model having a manual door release so the unit knows it's been opened and won't play the restricted DVD. The old model had an electrically opened door which the region free disc operated for you hence "fooling" the unit and allowing it to play.
I have tried this on someone elses slim line model with the same result.I also see that someone else had the same problem with the silver unit released last year. Overall, highly recommended if you own the old unit but not if you own the new. I gave this 4 stars as there is no warning of this on the product or their website.

GREAT Software...!!!
This CD is great..it does what it says. The main advantage of it is that you DON'T need a MEMORY CARD on it, which is required in some other sofware and surprisingly this software is CHEAPER than others that also require memory cards.I have tried some RCE Titles using it and it plays them as normal. All i can say is that its:
1)Easy to Use (Interactive Menu)
2)Plays all regions including RCE titles
3)No need to input codes.
4)Removes green screens.
5)Cheap...no need to spend extra on memory cards
It Deserves Five stars.

Didn't work
I purchased one of the silver playstation2s last year and this software. Loaded it in correctly and ws disappointed when I got the message that theregion 1 and region 3 discs that I was trying to watch were incompatable.
I gave the disc to a friend who has the older model of playstion2 andit worked a treat.

It didnt work !
I purchased this product in Jan '04 so I could watch a box set of region 1 DVD's which I purchased in Dec '03. Very fancy when loaded but big disapointment as the "incorrect region " came on screen when DVD inserted (as if I'd just inserted DVD without blaze product). Dont know if new DVD's have better security but had to return product disapointed
