Sex, drugs, rock, roll and Dolphin Man! What more does a film need? Well, it could do with some Ron Jeremy, I suppose... Wait! He's in this! But, I hear you ask, what about machine guns, midgets and hot naked gyno-Americans (women)? They got that too! Now, I know what you're thinking: "That all sounds swell, but a movie isn't a movie with Sergeant Kabukiman N.Y.P.D." Well, today is your lucky day! Sergeant Kabukiman N.Y.P.D. is in this movie! In fact, because the story revolves around the parallel universes of Tromaville and Amortville, you get TWO Sergeant Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.s and TWO Toxic Avengers!
The Toxic Avenger IV is not only the greatest Troma movie of all time, it's the greatest ANYTHING of all time! It's the most brilliantly offensive, hysterically funny, brain-squashingly violent movie ever! If you've never seen a Troma movie then this is a great place to start. Any fans of early Sam Raimi (Evil Dead 2), early Peter Jackson (Braindead), Eli Roth (Cabin Fever) or Trey Parker (Team America) will love it. Let's watch!

What can I say?
This movie is what a long time Troma fan has been waiting for:
An over-the-top gore soaked, erotic, hilarious, sick movie filled with scream queens and noticable b-movie stars and heavy metal music. I applaud troma president Lloyd Kaufman for making a movie that resurrects New Jersey's finest superhero The Toxic Avenger in a film that rivals The original Toxic Avenger movie.
We see our beloved superhero take on the diaper mafia who blow up a school for the very special (ok, retarded) causing a parralell universe to open up and Toxie is landed in Amortville (the vil tromavile) whilst Tromaville has to face toxies evil droppelganger the Noxious Offender.
Featuring a cast of literally thousands including Lemmy from Motorhead, porn-star Ron Jeremy, Corey Feldman, Debbie Rochon, Stan Lee and many more, Citizen Toxie is a Tromanuts paradise which is released in a magnificent two-disked DVD crammed with Tromariffic special features.
