not up to much
Having read the bumph on this gadget, I was impressed enough to send for it. There is a lot wrong with it, though, and soon, I will be back with one of the two handled kind! You put in several cloves, and then start screwing down, but the piston is not really snug enough in the bore, and crushed garlic starts going up past the sides and into the cylinder, before it starts coming out through the grating, as it is meant to. I don't think the idea of lidding it up and keeping till you next cook is much of an idea either, given the above; and this is with carefully peeled cloves. A disappointment, not recommended
