Poor buy
I had one of these given as a Christmas present two years ago - it certainly looked good - non-stick, dishwasher safe and able to be used with metal utensils. It is very nice to use but after six months scratches began to show in the coating despite only being used with wooden spoons. After a year it was in a bad state and I contacted Tefal. They asked me to post the pan to them and they did replace it. However they did not provide a report of what the problem was and did not return the postage of £11. So if I've been using the pan in the wrong way I have no idea how to avoid this problem. The replacement has now been in use for about six months and guess what? the coating is coming off again. I'm reluctant to pay postage for another replacement especially when I consider the item to be not fit for purpose. I cannot recommend this product and am distinctly unimpressed by Tefal's aftersales service.

Excellent and durable
Very impressed with this frying pan. Superior quality - so easy to clean.
Red spot allows you to determine the perfect temperature for cooking.

A blessing. Definitely recommend this item.
