Stiff!!
It is not the most friendly towel holder I had as it is not easy changing the roll, but it is good if you you use big roll as it is one of the few that fits them properly.

Disappointing
Was looking forward to receiving this item as it would match with other accessories in my kitchen. However, on receipt noted that the red paintwork on the body of the product was scratched and the metal underneath exposed. Will be returning item.

Easy to use, get what you pay for.

Nice item, goes with other red things in my kitchen and is easy to use and works well. Although not high quality it is good value for a tenner.

Typhhon Red Kitchen Roll Holder
As stable, but not as stylish as the more expensive Typhoon Capsule. I had to return my first one as the right angled shoulders of the steel roll gripper were badly scratched. Mine is not the first review to comment on this range being damaged, so a possible quality control problem here. Also annoying is the statement indicating that it was damaged after receipt which was on Amazon's confirmation of return, though I did receive a replacement promptly.

Glad I bought this
I haven't had any problems with this.
It's made of steel and is quite sturdy.
The holding arm arm works well and actually makes it easier to tear a piece of paper off the roll. You don't have that problem of accidentally unravelling loads of paper or dropping the roll and having to wind it backup leaving it looking like a complete mess.
A very simple piece of kit - what you see is what you get.
I'm glad I got it as it matches the other Typhoon products I've got and makes the kitchen look that little bit smarter.
For a tenner you can't grumble.
