hidden costs
I have used the snooper for about 1 year +, I found that it was A very good compact item operating with a few drop outs and long lock up times, it did the job good enough and more,And is able to be programmed to suit the owner.mute.distances etc,most intuative device but very simple to understand and very effective.I would have give the item 5+ and more but for one thing; lack of sales information--> BE WARNED, the company seems to have a tendancy to be shy of displaying or informing even the sellers or through sales distributors on the road,that the snooper comes as a useless piece of plastic and electronics,you have no choice you must pay monthly DD or by other means, (12 monthly agreement i believe)and only that way can you download the information to the snooper (you may also need a serial to usb convertor) device comes with serial,good points the updates are unlimited and have improved alot over the last 12 months,it now take only a few minutes, One big thing that did impress me with the company that they are no quibble replacement and fast turnaround on a faulty snooper, i was astounded how they cut through everything and just replaced the faulty item with no cries or excuses,and sent replacement by return post, they also extend your device warranty while you subscribe to downloads.
i have found that a good few shop owners selling the snooper are unaware that a subscription payments are required to activate and use this device,some are under the impression it is ready to go(but it is useless until you subscribe to the company and download software update) when i purchased mine it was 300 pound so i was annoyed to find this detail out of extra costs,but now they are much cheaper so not so much of a kick in the rear , the company really knows the ropes on this game of cat and mouse with speed cameras/guns and other things relating to this subject, their web site is an invaluable source of info, the research is amazing and the site is well laid out to understand the law and use of detectors. and the constant changing game.

Picture is a must
Your product is by far the cheapest but I can't commit to buy something if there's no picture of it at all!!
