Too good...
This is a brilliant console: br /-Built in Blu-ray br /-Plays Div-X br /-4 USB ports-only on 60GB(I didnt think I would need that many, but you do) br /-Memory card slots-only on 60GB br /-Built in Wifi br /-Backwards compatible- but to be honest Ive never played PS1 or PS2 games on it anyway! br /-Looks very slick on my stand br /-Great graphics br / br /Bad points: br /-Expensive- But, to be fair, you do get a built in Blu-ray player and Wifi, unlike Xbox 360, so it works out cheaper than an Xbox. br /-Although Im a PS3 fan, I do like the new Xbox pads. But im used to PS3 pads, so its not that much of a big deal.

The Best Purchase I've Made in Ages
Solid, flexible, reliable and beautiful - what more can you ask for? The slick black and chrome curves, elegant touch controls and intuitive sliding GUI are the perfect carapace for a marvel of home entertainment. br / br /The simple plug and play set up, and the easy wi-fi configuration meant that I had this up and running almost instantly. br / br /Admittedly the range of games was initially rather limited, particularly since I'm no fan of driving games, but as with any machine, time remedied that issue and the range and variety of games has increased and there are a number of standout titles to be enjoyed. As a result, I've had to install a new hard drive with a much bigger capacity. Apart from an issue with screw heads stripping out, this was a fairly simple process, and the inbuilt backup/restore software meant that I didn't lose any of my settings or game data in the process. br / br /Honestly, this is the best machine I've ever bought - I can play games, listen to music, watch films, and can do a little bit of online browsing (this is the one feature I'd like to see enhanced, and I'm hopeful we'll see that with a future downloadable enhancement). It's far more than just a games console, it's a move towards an all-in-one media platform, and that's what I think a lot of its detractors miss when they perpetuate the juvenile cross platform rivalry that exists between elements of the PS3 and Xbox communities.

Ps3
After having a ps3 for over a year i believe that it is a good console. However, there are several limitations, these include the fact that you can not have private chat and have parties outside a game. Inviting people to games can only be done through the game not through the system like on xbox360 which runs smoothly. In my opinion xbox360 seems to be better than the ps3. br / br /thank =]

The Great Original System
This was Sony's first SKU that launched in the U.K nearly 2 years ago and in my mind is their greatest system. It has everything. Backwards compatibility, memory card slots, 4 USB ports and SACD playback. br / br /It's such a shame that Sony had to discontinue this SKU but if you can pick it up from anyone who dosn't want the 60Gb model I would suggest you take it, as it's well worth every penny you spend. br / br /

BEST console EVER
Ive had my ps3 for a year know but i can never get how great a ps3 really is like the awesome graphics and so much more. i would probably cry if i had to get rid of my playstation3. I have a ps2 and iloved that so i just couldnt wait for the ps3 so i wouldnt swap it for any other console.
