Awsome mech action.
I have been buying anime for a while now and have become alarmed at the amount of material not reviewed by customers, So I have decided to post a few of my own starting with this series (one of my personal faves). br /The plot involves a young mercenary and mobile suit pilot named sousouke sagara who is assigned to protect kaname Chidori a young high-school student who has been targeted by a sinister terrorist named Gauron (an awsome anime villain with more lives than a cat!)She has been targeted due to her special abiltites as a 'whispered' a special kind of psychic who's mind is a treasure trove of advanced technical information way beyond current technology. br /The series mixes intense mobile suit warfare and combat and high school humour perfectly, most of the humour coming from sosuske's inability to blend in with high school life and his constant fears of kaname being targeted which leads to him coming across as a paranoid gun nut. (with the current climate of high school shootings in america some may find gags about brandishing firearms in the class room in bad taste, but trust me some of the stuff in this series is hysterical!).
