This DVD is a superb introduction to Tai Chi. It helped me so much that I went on to become a Certificated Tai Chi Instructor, using Paul Lam's
version of Sun Style Tai Chi. Of all the teaching aids I viewed over the years none has come anywhere near to this one for clarity and effectiveness.
Do not be put off by the volume of titles available from Paul Lam, each one is aimed at attracting persons with a different interest. Choose the one which interests you the most.
Each takes you from beginner to reasonably proficient in a most enjoyable way!

Why do they keep churning out these Tai Chi titles???
What is the point? Joint mobility is important in Arthritis, no doubt about that. Exercise is important in Arthritis, again wouldn't doubt that. Chi Gung is excellent for healing and Tai Chi is a great form of Chi Gung. But this DVD?

If you are interested in Tai Chi, go to a local Tai Chi class... there are plenty of them, you'lll get far better ideas of what Tai Chi is about. If you're interested in Arthritis then search again on Amazon for a dvd... there are plenty here.

Arthritis an integrated approach, presented by The Barefoot Doctor is excellent. Arthrtis a natural approach by Gary Null is pretty good, but old. And there are plenty of great books, like the excellent John Mansfield one Arthritis, Allergy and the environment.

Do yourself a favour, buy a dvd that has real medical experts, detailed assesments of a variety of approaches and cutting edge information. Don't buy Tai Chi for Arthritis, as it has none of that!

Move along, there is nothing to see here.
