I foudn it frustrating that the most of this video talks abouts the breathing technique and the felocify of what is behind yoga. When doing the exercises the presenter doesn't express how to get into your positions and the camera isn't always in the correct view. There are 4 practice sessions. Each lasting for 30 mins. I didn't really find this very useful.
This disappointed me terribly. I had just started learning yoga and thought this would make a nice addition, however the quality is reflected in the price. The camera work is dreadful (shakey, badly focused) and the DVD itself had lots of navigation faults (I tried the DVD in 2 DVD players and they both experienced the same problem, bad navigation, the screen kept freezing and experience 'random' cuts of film... and this Yoga DVD was BRAND NEW and SEALED! So it definately wasn't damaged).
Although the exercises were like the ones I did in class, which was useful... her explainations weren't full so I had to 'look-up' towards the tv screen when in the middle of the pose whilst my head was supposed to be down, just to see what she was doing as she had not told the viewers to get up yet, when she already did!
I ended up going back to amazin to buy another DVD by Leah Bracknell which is far better than this one. SO I recommend buying Leah's DVD rather than this poorly done yoga DVD.
