Brilliant little gadget
When I saw the price of this little gadget on Amazon I thought why not, it's cheap as chips. It arrived 2 days later with a SKY HD remote bought separately and it is a revelation. It's simply great! For me it was just a case of setting the Sky box to power it and plug it in. Simple and for 3 quid, I cannot think of anything else I've bought in ages that is better value for money. Thoroughly recommended.

Works Perfectly
An excellent item, good value too.

Works with my Sky HD box perfectly, far cheaper than any other and has good quality RF connectors.

Nice Little Gadget
Other reviewers were positive about this product, so I thought I'd try it as I was unsure how these gadgets worked. The instructions are clear and it does pay to read them especially if you have an aerial/signal splitter on the cable coming out of the back of your Sky box to your second TV (as I had).
What doesn't come across in the picture is how small it is. It is very compact. It also comes with a self-adhesive sticker and I stuck mine to the back of the mains plug. It is barely visible behind the second TV but is fully responsive to the infra-red signal from the remote control unit. Also you can switch the Sky box to standby mode from the second TV - saves a walk and saves power/money.
Others may be cheaper from non-Amazon sellers but watch out for the delivery cost.

Things to realise when you purchase this
SLx - Magic Eye IR Extender - For Sky / Sky+ / Sat TV
A non technical person like me thought you could just plug this into your 2nd TV and view sky off it - however you dont. You have to have an arial from your sky box connected to your 2nd TV - mine is 2 floors up hence I have decided to go for a Video Sender instead.
Hope its 2nd time lucky.

Can't Fault it
This item does exactly what it says on the tin! I bought one, delivered next day with amazon prime, and within 5 minutes it was up and running. No Techy knowledge required, literally just plug it in the line between your coax aerial feed and the TV, locate the "eye" somewhere that it can see your remote control, and so long as you have turned on the RF power on your sky+ box, bingo, you're in business. (Turning on the RF power is from the menu on the sky+ box. Search on google and instructions are available)
Great simple design, that works perfectly, no batteries, no hassle, no problem! I can't recommend this highly enough.
