The Best Pump it up!This fitness DVD is brilliant! The soundtrack is excellent but it helps me to keep up the pace (actually on the Get Buff section). I think the instructor (Fiona Fagan) is awesome and I'm quite excited about this second pump it up! I'm absolutely loving it!
If you like summer workouts and dance routines, it's yours to buy!
Buy it!

Fun but dangerous...If you don't already look like the people in the cover picture this DVD is probably not for you.
The dvd doesn't raise much sweat if you want to stay fit. Conversely it also contains a number of dangerous speedy flexes, bouncing stretches and very little instruction for beginners.
Having said that it probably does what it says on the tin - if your part of the Ibiza crowd and you want to tone up for your bikini then the music is great.

No good!I didn't like this DVD at all - the cardio section wasn't high-energy enough for me to get out of breath and the girls on the screen are super-skinny - not something you could easily achieve (or want to?!) through simple exercises like these. Disappointed!

Ok, so not as physically demanding as the others......BUT I really like this exercise DVD. The soundtrack is the best of all of them I reckon, and the toning section really gives results quite quickly (provided you do at least that one section near enough daily!) The dance/cardio section may not be as long and as tough as on the previous pump it ups; but is perfect if you want a shortish, sharp routine that can be carried out daily. I do tend to mix with other workouts, but I always enjoy this and although some have said the moves are hard to pick up- by the 2nd or 3rd go you'll be fine! Would recommend this to people with little to no dance and workout experience, right through to those with plenty!

Good toning workout & great soundtrackI got this dvd after "Hi-energy" & found this to be a good workout but it doesn't challenge you as much as pump it up 1 & hi-energy. however the toning section is better as its 15 mins which is good if you don't have time to do the main bit of the workout, plus u can alternate between dance & toning which is good. The soundtrack is great thou & the sceneary is lovely & puts you in a summery mood.
