Extends and retracts !!
Well, Bought this item for my husband for his birthday. Great idea but the batteries do not last very long at all, approx 1 day of on and off usage and now doesn't extend that far and seems to struggle when extending.You can manually use it but as it is quite heavy and cumbersome there really is no point. My recommendation is buy a normal one and get someone to help you measure.
