Smooth
This is where a learned a valuable lesson. Changing your keyboard can make a big difference! Nearly silent keys with the blue led effect and the smoothest key press i have used to date. Received this product yesterday and playing Insurgency and instantly noticed how much smoother this keyboard was to use.

Overall, beside the led gimmick this is a pure gamers keyboard and it really does make a difference to game play

Good to begin with
The illumination isn't great, though it's better than nothing if you're gaming in the dark.

My biggest grudge is that maybe 2-3 years later, the ENTER, apostrophe, # and dot keys are unreliable - you have to hit them hard. I took it to pieces and tried cleaning etc., but no luck.

It was nice while it lasted.

Good, but lit up keys not effective unless in near total darkness
Forked out a bit more cash than I otherwise would have for a keyboard, as I wanted to be able to see the keys in poor lighting.

Works well when in almost complete darkness, but light from the monitor means its difficult to see the keys lit up. Would have been better if it was the space around the letters on each key that lit up and not the letters themselves.

Nevertheless, good solid keyboard, but if your looking for a keyboard that lets you see it with the lights off, I'd recommend looking elsewhere!

Great keyboard
Don't have a single game on my PC but the keyboard is great, soft keys, the grey isn't reflective and the illuminated keys easy in low light situations

Saitek Eclipse
I have had my keyboard for 2 years now ( I think ) and it still works perfectly, both under xp and now under vista. I have never expirienced any problems whatsoever. This is without a doubt my best buy ever. I can only recommend this to others. If you want a good reliable keyboard this is the one, and to all of those who say that the keyboard wears out, LIES, all my keys are still 100% as they were 2 years ago, and I have used it for hardcore gaming from day 1.
