Amazon.co.uk ReviewbIn a nutshell:/bbr The ultimate evolution of virtual pet: INintendogs/I gives you opportunity to preen and look after a selection of cute puppies in a virtual home, with virtual currency, where you can buy toys and accessories for their enjoyment. You can clean the pups, feed them, walk them, play catch with them, and even talk to them. pbThe lowdown:/bbrINintendogs/I is brimming with character. Each pup looks out from the DS touchscreen and paws longingly. You can respond to your virtual pet's need of attention by stroking the screen, using items such as balls and brushes with the aid of the stylus, and talking to your dogs through the DS's inbuilt microphone system. Impressive 3D graphics give lifelike animation to these canine wonders.pbMost exciting moment:/bbrAfter a few attempts to speak commands into the microphone, your puppy understands the meaning of "sit", barks approval, and sits down. It's good to talk.pbSince you ask:/bbrYou can keep three pups in your home at any time. When left to their own devices, they'll play and play-fight together. And they call this 'puppy love'.pbThe bottom line:/bbr A INintendog/I is not just for Christmas. img src=" http://images-eu.amazon.com/images/G/02/detail/stars-5-0.gif" width=64 height=12br iJonti Davies/i

My doggie didn't like me!Hi
br /
br /I have played this game. I don't own it, just played it.
br /
br /Problem was my doggie didn't respond to me when i brought it home from the pound. I used a search engine asking why my dog didnt respond, and it said that some dogs are very dim, and wont respnd to me. So i got a new dog, and that one didnt respond either!.
br /
br /I did choose a dog. Good for new owners it said, but it kept asking me to repeat the dogs name over and over, i did so many times but it didnt respond :(
br /
br /Thinking now though, i did have the sound turned down as when you say the dogs name, you can hear yourself on the microphone. I dont think this would make any difference. I'm giving this game a 3. It would have been good if i could have got it too work. I think this is one of the most bought games on the Nintendo ds too.

br /Ok game, if you can get it too work i guess.

It's Fun But It Gets Boring After A While...I think this game is quite good fun, you pick the breed of your dog, name it, take it for walks, enter it into competitions ect... But after a while you start to get a bit fed up, because you just keep repeating the same things over and over again. At the beginning, it's hard to get money because your dog will be rubbish at the competitions (which is the only way to get money besides selling the items you've already got at a cheaper price, so I don't think it's worth it selling things) since you haven't trained it well enough yet. When you redecorate your house, it takes a while which can be a little annoying. And the thing that annoys me the most is that sometimes when you get your first dog, you call a certain name that the machine finds it hard to reconise it won't come to you! And the game won't let me do anything until the dog has come to me! So I get stuck in the beginning of the game and I haven't even started what a dissapointment. But don't let me put you off buying this game, because after you've got past the difficult name thing it's guite good actually. That's why I voted it as a **** star.

br /P.S.
br / My friend told me that there's a glitch in the game, if you pull your puppy's tail a certain way (which I don't know), it's head will spin around 360 degrees! But be careful, if you pull the tail too far to the end of the tip, your dog will do the spin trick (which is NOT a glitch).

perfect pup! This was my first game I tried on my nintendo. It's very realistic, they look, sound and act like real dogs.I would have liked it to have more dog breeds though. You can pet, feed, bath, walk, play and enter competions with your dog.I was a little bored when I had to train my dog.Great fun all in all, definetely recommend it!

PuppiesNintendogs is a very good game. I am 10, and I have been playing on it for 4 months, and I still go on every day. I have a Labrador (Daisy), a Mini Schnauzer (Travis), and a Beagle (Woody). They are all gorgeous with very different abilities and personalities. You earn money from competitions and by selling supplies. I have 47,000 trainer points, and have unlocked EVERY breed of dog.The graphics are amazing, but I have to admit that some of the dogs are not so attractive;Boxer, Pug, Husky, Shih Tzu, Shiba Inu, Yorki. The music is nice, and the movement is so realistic. This game is great, and it really is like having a real dog. You really begin to adore your puppies. 10/10!!!
