Still Good
I have been a fan of the franchise since madden 2003, and with every new release, I have been immensely satisfied. I don't know whether it is coz EA has cornered this end of the market but the margin by which the game has improved this year, for me, wasn't as great as in previous years. That is not to say that it isn't good. All the new available adjustments tends to cater for the more hard-core fans, and has become more in depth. The've done away with the cheer-leaders this year for some reason, they werent great in the first place. I bought it for the PC this time rather than the PS2 as I have in the past. I have subsequently played it on the PS2 and I find it is slightly better. Looks like they ran out of time slightly for the PC or something, it's lacking the little things, like the usual tutorial you get on the PS2. However, it is a great game and anyone with an interest in American Football should look into it.
