This should not be on sale
I almost sent it back when it first came out of the box - I should have done! - nothing but trouble:
The worst remote control I've ever seen - the buttons don't do what they're supposed to and don't do anything unless you're within 3 feet of the thing
Channel change is very slow
If you press button 2 for BBC2 and get fed up waiting and press again - it dumps the channel memory and you have to do the complete installation again
It eventually died after a month of this - probably just as well !!!

Picture Quality outputs a Milky display
I bought this unit this week and was some what disappointed with it. First the mickey mouse toy-like remote control which is very light and small, the buttons to choose the channels are tiny, ok for a small child not for an adult. The picture quality is milky at times where my original free view box displayed was fine. On the Plus side the unit does not freeze or lock up any more. The heat dissipation is a lot cooler than Metronic Zapbox which runs very hot. The other problem there is no VCR output unlike the Metronic Zapbox.

Rubbish Product DON'T BUY IT
I orginally bought this prduct because of it's size,and it could be hidden behind my TV. Every time I switch it on I get no sound so I have to reboot every time. So I now leave it on all the time. It also gets very hot. I think I will be looking around for a better one.

Appalling piece of plastic rubbish
Apart from the thing buzzing like a jar full of angry wasps which unless you are watching The Swarm is a major irritant, the box gets extremely hot after a while.

After a few months the box gave up the ghost.

I'm a regular consumer of electronic goods and most items last a good few years. If you review this product on the internet you will find a large number of bad reviews. I don't think I've ever been angry enough to give a poor report until now.

This product is simply not fit for purpose and I am amazed it is still stocked by retailers.

Avoid at all costs.

I'll say it again just in case you are thinking of buying it: avoid, avoid, avoid.

Dire
This product is dire.
Even with a maximum signal strength indication the picture freezes, the remote control occasionally works provided your within 3 feet (with new batteries).
No good as a door stop and has so been binned.
Crap.
