Great Workout!!This a fabulous way to get fit in only 15 minutes. Its quite surprising how quickly toned your body gets after just 15 minutes. There are some places however, where she goes a bit fast particularly in the warm up!. Hence only four stars. But apart from that great way to tone up particularly if your short of time and have a busy life.

brill exercise dvdat first when i put this dvd on i did'nt really think much of it untill i got into it,
trust me you feel the burn.
its great if you have really bussy day's lets face it every one as 15min's to spare in a day.
i am going to be keeping up with this dvd every day
i just know this one is going to be the one that works.

Great workouts in only 15 mins!i wasn't sure what to expect with this DVD with the workouts only being 15mins, but with regular use i have to admit i have seen a significant reduction in the targeted areas, so i would highly reccommend!

15 Minute Workouts for DummiesI stopped smoking 2 years ago and have since piled on 2.5 stones. I decided late last year (2007) that something had to be done. I have trawled through all the exercise DVD and decided on giving this one ago. I am not disappointed, although a little sore. It gives a good all over work out, broken into sections for the different areas of your body and you can do as much or as little as you want, give it ago I'm glad I did.

Excellent Value for Money and Gets the Results15 Minute Workouts For Dummies is excellent especially for people who have busy days and have very little time to work out. There are four sections focusing on major bottom parts. The four sections are as follows:-
1. Legs
2. Bums
3. Upper Body
4. Abs
Each section has a quick warm up followed by different exercises focusing on the key area and then a quick stretch/cool down.
What can i say fantastic - the Abs section is surprisingly a killer, but you will see the results if you combine it with regular cardio.
