Superb value and a quality scales
I was a little dubious about these scales when I saw them on Amazon - the picture does not do them justice.

I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. Not only were they extremely compact and low profile but the build quality is very high and they appear very sturdy. Housing the controls and screen as protrusions from the main body allows large bowls to be used to measure your ingredients and the stainless steel platform allows smaller solid items such as butter to be measured directly.

The Aquatronic function allows you to measure the volume of liquids simply by placing them on the scale in a suitable container.

This is my first digital scales and after years of suffering with inaccurate mechanical devices I thought I would try this for size before committing to a more expensive model. I'm now convinced, due to its quality and durability as well as smart design, this will be on my worktop for a few years to come
