Lovely mat
Great mat - excellent grip and extra cushioning makes all the differnce. Irrelevant to its function, however, it is a gorgeous mix of different shades of blue. Nothng bad to say about it - it does exactly what it says, serves its purpose and is remarkably durable. If for some reason my current one went awol, I would buy it again.

A great mat!
I wanted a slightly thicker mat as I practice in a hall with hard wooden floors! This 6mm mat provides that little bit more cushioning while still giving stability. When I go back to my old mat I notice the difference! It also provides good grip, ideal for keeping hands and feet firmly in position.
I really like this mat and others in my class have commented on it too. There are thicker mats out there but not at this price.
