I found the unit difficult to use. It rolls round everywhere when you try to steam any garment because there seems to be no way to lock the wheels when in use. The results were very poor on heavier items such as trousers which were very difficult to steam, you have to start on your knees and work upwards and because you can't apply any pressure as it will roll away from you, you have to go over and over the trousers taking much longer than ironing and with a poorer result. Light cotton is better but again takes longer, is very awkward and you don't get the crisp ironed finish. Sorry but I will be asking Amazon to accept the return of this item!

Very good
I had brought a travel steamer which was very good, so wanted larger one for home. The homepure is very well thought out - perfect hanging pole for garments; using either the built in hanger (which at push of button retracts down) or use own hanger.
The water tank is so easy to use and mess free. Theres lots of good attachments for pressing trousers, extension pole, small 'bits' attachement. Its easy to turn off and on, store lead and fits easily into cupboard.

Its so easy to use, theres no stretching of clothes, 'shiney spots' or turning clothes inside out or changing temps for different types of fabrics.
As a tip - buy a small wooden tong to use. Ideal when holding sleeves etc so you don't steam your hand (because yes, it does hurt)

The only down side for me is the power - my travel one steams right through to other side of fabrics, where as this one doesn't. Its also more hard going on jeans etc.

Otherall it is good valve for money, has everything (and more) that you need and is totally fuss free. I'll never use a 'normal' iron again!
