HD DVD - Unbeleivable picture / quality - Defunct but still Good!!
I have only just bought an XBOX 360 (October 2008!)and decided to also shell out £40 on the HD DVD player for the 360. I know alot of you will think I am mad as it is now a defunct system, but believe me I am very happy with the quality of the films I am buying! I also own a Blu Ray player and I actually prefer the quality of picture on HD DVD's! I think BD are far too expensive at present and seeing as I bought loads of HD DVD films from HMV for just £3 each, so I am well happy. It is easy to buy loads of cheap HD DVD's from the USA, and my collection of HD DVD's grows by the day! All in all, a very good system, beaten by the sheer might of Sony and the PS3.

#1 But Why Stop Making Discs?
Brilliant player, I got mine from Gamestation for £25 with 2 movies but only problem with it is that they may not be making any more new films for them.

Also just so you know you can use it on your PC It's just another plug and play item.

Out of 10 I would give it 9/10

BUY ONE!!!

Even though I know that HD DVD era is over, it's hard to deny the quality of image and sound this little box produced.

H D DVD..........
I have just brought one of these yes I know HD DVD is on its way out but it was £25 and with most HD DVD's selling for around a fiver you can't go wrong.

Quality is Excellent image's and colours are very sharp. Even Up scales your existing SD DVD's.

Still not convinced also included is a Multimedia Remote which on its own retails at £14.

A great and very cheap way to get into HD.

Just got one for £20 from Game
Wow what a bargain just managed to get one of these cool drives from Game, ok yes HD is on its way out but with the choice of films still out there in hd you could hardly complain especially as most are now being sold for about £5. best advice would be to get one and hey £20 is hardley going to break the bank.
