Makes you pause and think
Yes the Dvd has its faults - the UK version is missing some elements as pointed out below.

It tries to look at the interface between quantum science and spirituality - something which can easily annoy both scientists and the religious. Some of the observations made are too 'new agey' for my taste. However, there is a lot that does make you pause and think - the application of entaglement theory to relationships; the power of our intention on the world around us; the way in which quantum physics explains so much that native spiritual traditions have claimed for so long.

For a reviewer to use Dawkins to counter the contents of the Dvd is interesting as he is increasingly being marginalised as someone who twists the facts in order to support his neo-darwinist theories; so it would come as no surprise to read that he strongly criticises the DvD. After all, Quantum physics is doing a lot to discredit neo-Darwinism.

Watch it with an open mind - I am sure you will find it thought provoking and challenging!

Pure Propoganda Piece
The makers of this film misrepresent science (perhaps deliberately) in order to further their own adgenda.

According to Wikipedia, all 3 directors are devotees of 'Ramtha's School of Enlightenment', an organisation founded by a medium who reckons she can channel the ancient warrior, 'Rathma'. Rathma apparently led the war against Atlantis 35,000 years ago & his teachings became the cornerstone of virtually all the worlds religions & philosophies, from Ancient Egypt to Hinduism, Socrates & Da Vinci. I think that says a lot about the validity of the 'science' that is spouted.

Many scientists - including Richard Dawkins - have come forward to say that many scientific concepts have been twisted out of context. Dr. David Albert, who was featured in the film, says that the film was edited to make it seem like he agreed with claims he does not accept. It also draws heavily on pseudoscience, such as the erroneous claim that people only use 10% of their brains (we only use part of it at any one given time because different parts do different things).

So basically, you're being asked to pay £18 for a crackpot institutions' propoganda, when most places give away leaflets for free. Look it up on Wikipedia before parting with your money.

COSTA LOT
This little set must have cost a lot to put together in terms of time, money and effort, so I give it five stars for that alone. As for the content, it warrants about three or four stars. Far too mind boggling to become accepted as the cutting edge of science in the field of quantum physics.

Fantastic!
After seeing both movies I bought the UK version of 5 discs.
Only played the first one, but looking forward to the rest. The loud and prominent graphics and the not too interesting 'illustrative story' around Marlee Matlin that mildly annoyed me in the movies is reduced to kind of illustrational background. Now the scientists are talking, partly extended film footage, and partly recorded more recently. This afternoon I hang on the lips of people like Dean Radin,Fred Alan Wolf and Amit Goswami, and the many others.I don't know about the wisdom of some negative reviewers, but there IS an interview with Masaru Emoto, and the scientists who are making this documentary are not dug up from the outbacks of science. They definitely know what they are talking about, as they are involved in the latest research, of which their many publications bear witness to someone who reads them.
Whoever thinks changing his personal reality is an easy and instant thing will certainly be disappointed. But this is about a greater perspective, and about the most fundamental questions of life.
Keep an open mind, and enjoy!
