I got this as a birthday present to replace a Remington shaver which is around 8 years old and the batteries no longer take a charge. Although the Remington is so old and I've never replaced the heads it is still far better than this one. I had a Phillishave before the Remington and I loved it but the main problem with this one is that the motor is very slow and even brand new it rips the hairs out to give a painul shave. Maybe the one I have is faulty but I would definitely not recommend it.
