what a great system
I was a bit unshore at first to purchase this unit because off the very low price it's priced at, cheap is not usally good. The price is very cheap compared to the other systems on the market you can buy. You only have to go down to your local high street vehicle accessory shop to see the difference in the price's.

I am very impressed, I ordered mine and it only took three days to arrive. The unit comes in a well presented box and nicely package, ideal as a gift for someone.

Cosmetically the system looks great, the LCD screen is very well made and looks very modern, a bit like a small Satnav. I cannot fault anything about this product, the LCD screen is very clear and lights up very nicely displaying lots of information for all those gadget freaks like myself. The screen has a built-in speaker for the beeps when reversing and on the side of the LCD unit is a three position volume switch, off-low-high adjustment.

The sensors are well made and you get four of them, some of the higher priced units you only get two sensors. I have to disagree with the previous customer review regarding the distance of the sensors on sensing. The sensors pick up very well and beeps in plenty of time, displaying the stop icon and 0.0 distance reading on the screen when I am at least 12 inches away from what ever object is at the rear of my vehicle.

The unit evens come complete with the correct drill bit so you don't have to take a trip to your local DIY store, and again I must disagree with the previous Customer review regarding the burning of the plastic on the bumper. I had no trouble what's so ever, it was very quick and simple drilling into my vehicles plastic bumper. Once you measure out and mark where you want to position the sensors it becomes really simple.

The little black computer module is clearly marked on where to put each plug i.e the 4 sensors/LCD screen/power supply, very easy to wire up. The cable length on the sensors is plenty long enough so the trailing of the wires becomes no problem.

I will have to agree about the instruction leaflet that comes with the unit. They don't really explain much about the system, but enough for you to fit the system with no trouble.

Yes I would defiantly recommend this system for those who want this unit for the safety when it comes to reversing their car and for those who just want a great gadget that looks really expensive.

Is it any good
This is quite a good item, comes in a box with 4 sensors, a computer contol unit, drill, TV readout, wiring and instructions.
The sensors are very good and fit well although the sensor distance is a bit short. The sensors can be turned/twisted to point slightly upwards or downwards. The drill used to make the holes works ok but does tend to melt the plastic around the cut and can clog up very easily entailing having to dig the drilled out piece of plastic from the centre of the drill hub. The drill is only designed for plastic.
Fitting is dependant on your car and how easy it is to get at the rear of the bumper or wherever you are going to place the sensors. The leads are long enough for almost any car. The control computer box is small and easily hidden behind trim. The "TV" style readout is just about ok but the screen reflects the light making it difficult to see in certain circumstances. There is a three position switch on the side of the "TV" but there is nothing in the instructions to say what it does. In fact the instructions are next to useless being in typical Chinese English. For example, the sensors connection to the control computer are marked A,B,C,D but there is nothing in the instructions to show what position the are supposed to fit in the bumper, left to right or right to left. Its left to right looking from the rear by the way. The English selling company really do need to re-write the instructions.
Having said all that, I have fitted mine and they are good even though they are short range only. At least they don't pick up the floor/gravel etc. A note: the outse sensors do need to be fitted quite a way round the sides of the bumper rather than on the back due to their short range.
I am now thinking of ordering a second set for the front of the car.
