Wide-screen monitor: not for every video card
.. Having had the monitor for two months, I have but one problem, which I cannot blame Hanns G for. My four-year-old Sony laptop does not have a wide-screen resolution. As a result, I see images that are horizontally stretched by about 10%. Please check that your PC's video card supports 'wide' screens.

only vista drivers beware
this comes with vista drivers only so if you have no net connection you are stuffed

hannsg 19" pc monitor buy this with confidence it is a good monitor
and at amazons price you cant go wrong.

Hanns dealership
Hanns HW 191D Monitor. I read all reports on this monitor & decided to buy one. Connected & installed ok & used it on VGA. This was ok. I then connected to DVI. Worked ok for a couple of days then would not come on at start up. I rang Hanns factory & told them they said it was faulty & they would send a new one. New one arrived after 10 days, worked for 3 days & went off again. Irang again, they said they would replace it again. When I was packing it to send I noticed that this replacement was over 12 months old. Not happy. Told them & they said it was their policy to replace wih used one after 30 days. I waited 3 weeks & they havn't
sent it.
I contacted Amazon & straight away they said they would replace it with a brand new one which I have received in 24 hrs. This is top class service from Amazon who I rate as one of the best sites on the Internet.
Thanks again to Amazon, but a poor performance from Hanns.
