Good Product, Bad online Support!
Being a gadget freak - I have tried out many IP cameras. I wrote a review earlier on the TrendNet 201W and I must admit, picture quality wise, the D-Link DCS 2120 will not be second to even the TrendNet 201W which is a very good IP camera in this price segment.
Hoewever, D-Link seems to have tied up with 'HomeCamera' Web guys and they are useless with their online and call help desk. The Online guys/Girls have no clue on the product while when we call, we are told to give 2 days to respond but after 10 days I am still waiting for that call.
Setting up the D-Link DCS2120 is pretty easy. Golden rule is, try to hook up the camera to view directly via the internet and not through the 'HomeCamera' web services. As long as you do not set up the HomeCamera settings, the D-Link works well directly viewed via the internet.
With regard to its promised 3G mobile viewing, this too is a gimmick, only works via homecamera web site. Its a money guzzling plan of either D-Link or the homecamera guys!
All in all, the hardware and the associated in-built software of the D-Link DCS 2120 is a winner as long as you do not attempt to work with the bundled 'HomeCamera' web service. Quality is exceptionally good and I can only recommend another similarly good Camera in the Segment which is the TrendNet 201W.

For Microsoft nerds only
This camera only works with Microsoft PCs running Microsoft Internet Explorer. That is not just for setting it up but for viewing on the internet too.
Use a Mac or browse with Firefox or Opera and you cannot see the camera at all. Given how many web users do not use IE any more, that is a huge audience missing.
To claim it can be seen on the internet is, therefore, an exaggeration.
The Dlink technical help desk is pretty useless too.
Avoid buying this product. It does not do what it claims to do.
