Could be improved...
I bought this as a replacement for my previous handsfree earpiece, which was incidentally cheaper than the Jabra but after 2-3 years stopped working. The Jabra does the job I suppose, but I have to knock a couple of stars off because:

1. The first unit they sent me failed after only one recharge. However, to Jabra's credit they managed the replacement quickly and efficiently.

2. In use it's just not tight enough on my ear, which I find a real problem. The previous earpiece that I owned had a mechanism allowing you to adjust how tightly the device "clamps" to your ear, but the Jabra has nothing like this. Perhaps I've got smaller ears than average, but in use I find that the Jabra even falls off at times (e.g. in the car going round corners when you have a tendency to lean).

So given the choice I wouldn't buy this again (mostly because of no.2 above).

Now unfashionable but good support.
Desparately unfashionable now - but Jabra are still providing excellent after sales service - sent me replacement earpieces for free - no hassle - well done!
