SUPERB!
Jonatha Brooke is so far ahead of other singer songwriters that she could take a two year break and still come back as number one. Even Joni Mitchell never made a string of absolute gems as she has, both in song structure, lyric and composistion she is heads and tails above the competition and i sit here wondering after watching this DVD why she is still a well kept secret. This package is superb Jonatha looks great in her thigh boots with her cheeky grin and seems overawed by the audience reaction fluffing up the encore and recovering brilliantly. The band are HOT! Anne Marie Milazzo has a beautiful harmony voice and compliments Jonatha brilliantly and the guitar solo on the lengthy 'inconsalable'by Geoffrey Moore is brilliantly constructed and armospheric as Jonatha says 'isn't the band great?' and they are. The sound and quality is excellant and i wish they'd played my favourite song 'is that all?' her masterpiece and one of the best songs ever! You get a fair snatch of all the albums and they're all substancially different from the studio versions to make this essential to buy and if you can't watch the dvd there's a c.d of the gig as well. Wish she'd tour here sometime!
