If you can't afford Photoshop get this!
Paint Shop Pro (PSP) is not necessarily the pretender to the Photoshop (PS) crown, it is an extremely powerful graphics package in its own right. Everything you can possibly want is in here, but at a fraction of the cost of PS.

With lots of tutorials and a Learning Centre, help is never far away if you're stuck.

If like me you've been using PSP ver 8 then it is really worth upgrading! There are functions and tools in the XI that I only dreamed of until I upgraded to this latest version.

So if you want to make your photos look better, or, like me, enjoy photo manipulation/restoration, then purchase PSP XI.

Must Have Software
If you have a digital camera (and even if you don't) you should buy this software. As all its predecessors it is very powerful yet easy to use. The learning centre and free tutorials make everything very easy to learn. The many tools on offer ensure that you can make the very best of your images very quickly. There is plenty of scope for fun with your photo's too with a good assortment of Frames and picture Tubes (my 8 year old grandson loves those). I have also used the programme to create images to use in card making and scrapbooking. Don't let the ease of use fool you though, the programme can cope with very sophisticated photographic tasks and would be as useful to advanced users as novices.
You would expect this caliber of software to very expensive but the price is very reasonable for such a powerful programme.
