Dreadful battery life, poor user interface
We bought this phone to replace a previous BT Synergy which had given up the ghost: the battery life was terrible and the handset kept cutting out when calls came in. We thought all our problems were over... not so.

After, ooh, a whole week (actually it might have been less), we found that not one but both handsets we'd purchased with this phone kept on cutting out either as calls came in, or at random intervals. The user interface is very poor; I couldn't remember or re-find how to get answerphone messages from the handset (which was necessary because of the number of times we couldn't pick up before the answerphone kicked in). The volume of the answerphone playback from the base unit is also uncomfortably low. The phone frequently seemed not to notice when I was entering numbers to make a call.

We are now giving up on this phone, having owned it for about two weeks. We're buying a Panasonic phone with consistent five-star reviews instead.

Rubbish
Just the worst phones we've ever owned. They have no battery life, their range is limited, sound quality poor and they constantly cut out - do not buy them!!

Yet another poor-rating review
I'm afraid that this another one star review. I have had all of the problems people have listed in earlier reviews and despite having TWO replacement handsets. The answer machine works fine though the speaker is a little muffled, but when you can't make 'live' calls because the handset dies EVERY time you answer, it rather makes these phones a pointless plastic accessory.
Please look elsewhere for a decent phone

Don't waste your money
Bought this phone approx. a year ago. It was great for about 6 months but rapidly went down hill. The battery life is very poor, the phones cut off for no reason and have become completely unreliable.

Absolute Rubbish. Avoid at all costs
These phones are absolute rubbish. We have had the trio set for just over a year and they have been nothing but trouble. I cant wait to replace them.

Constant Problems as follows:

1. They constantly cut out almost EVERY TIME when you pick up to answer. Sometime they cut out when the phone rings before you even get to the handset!!!
2. On the odd occasion they do work, the battery life is awful
3. If you dial a number too quickly, the handset crashes and keeps adding numbers
4. Irritating ringtones
5. Hardly audible earpiece speaker so you end up pressing the phone against your head even when you are indoors!!

Awful awful awful. I would rather have polystyrene cups strung between pieces of string.
