One long advert for the school
Don't waste your time or money, you'd be better spending your money on a local Bikesafe course as this DVD is just a showcase for the Haslam school and offers little or no real advice for the "viewer"

Waste of money
I bought this based on the title, and it turns out to be an advert for the school. OK, so it is a slick, well presented advert for the school, but an advert nonetheless. You'd be far far better off buying any of Keith Codes works for similar money. Much greater mileage to be had from twist of the wrist.
In short, a ripoff.

R Haslam Superbike Masterclass
The synopsis sums it up (ie an overview of R.Haslam's training school)- in other words what happens on a typical training day and what the training school is about generally. So I really should have known what I was getting !
But with a title like Superbike Masterclass I thought it was not unreasonable to get some useful advice regarding lines, braking, body position etc- unfortunately there is very little in this respect (the exception being Ron talking through a number of points.)
Best advice is save up to do the real thing at Donington.

Ron Haslam Superbike Masterclass
I rented this dvd expecting it to be a session with Ron Haslam about superbike riding techniques. It was really a video predominantly about the Ron Haslam race school held at Donnington Park. It goes through what happens during the day, showing several of the participants and what they do during the day.
There are a few short sessions with Ron Haslam talking about riding techniques but that is about it.
The dvd will be great if you are thinking of attending the race school at Donnington but it is not really that useful if you are looking for riding tips.
