ROSEMARY CONLEY - SALSACISE BOX SET
I find the salsa exercises really effective and a lot of fun! I have been doing them roughly 5 times a week for 6 months, my waist, hips and tummy have become much trimmer, I've lost weight and become much more supple. I always hated going to the gym, but love dancing, and it's the best way I've found of getting back into shape. By the way, I'm 60 years old and have slight osteo-arthritis. I really recommend this - and it puts you in a brilliant mood too!

Perfect if you hate exercise tapes
I like RC because she talks you thro the moves before you do them. These dance dvd's aren't like exercising, and keep you interested and increase your stamina in an interesting way. I'm 58, so go for it!

Better than boring exercises
Once I decided which DVD I was supposed to watch first to learn the steps br /I found it easy to follow and very good for weight lose, especially if you can do it every day. The time flies by unnoticed and I can keep going for an hour doing the salsa, whereas ordinary exercises I would give up after 20mins. The amount of energy used is up to you, depends how serious you are to lose weight! Enjoy I do. My star rating was actually 5* but it missed one off somehow!!

Rosemary Conley Slim and Salsacise/Shape up Box set
Excellent video. I have repetitive strain injury - it really helps to ease the pain by stretching and the music is lively and not too boring. I thought at first it was going to be too gentle and slow as the demo is quite laboured, but it is a good workoput, especially at the higher level.

Success With Salsacise!
I am a 50+ grandma, with an ongoing history of back/joint problems and a dislike of "the gym". Although fitter and slimmer than some my age, I realised my overall fitness level had been markedly deteriorating and I needed to do more, despite walking and cycling regularly. Rosemary's box set has been my salvation and, after just two months of exercising for about one hour, five times a week, I am supple and can actually see my muscles toning up week on week. My family are amazed at the difference in me. This set provides a choice of workouts for all levels but is particularly mindful of those beginning this sort of exercise and those with the need for low impact exercise. I cannot recommend this set enough. Thank you to Rosemary and her teams of "real" people!
