Great workout, even with dodgy knees!
Because of the breakdown of this DVD I would imagine it suits both the beginner & the intermediate exerciser. I'm fairly fit (despite the knees!) and work out 3 to 4 times a week. I tend to do the entire DVD but really know I've worked hard by the end of it! After several weeks of use I'm still finding it interesting and challenging which is a very positive sign for me!
Love the instructor, she's straight forward, encouraging and blessedly free of irritating 'whoo yeah' noises!!
Agree with a previous reviewer who points out lack of proper warm up. I find that I need to target my stretches to weaker areas before starting, but once I've done this I'm ready to go. Having said that, my sister finds the warm up sufficient so it might just be me! The workout is also thankfully free of too many lunges which play havoc with my knees!
Rate this DVD highly and would whole heartedly recommend it.

10 minute Kickboxing BootCamp
Really loved this workout. The beginners section is pretty good, you do get a good workout. It's interesting as your learning new moves such as how to punch and kick unlike the traditional exercise DVD. Plus the teacher looks the part very much.
Great little number for 10 mins.

Bloody hell!! this is seriously effective! If you want to tone up and work up a sweat, buy this. It really does work!

kickbox bootcamp
I'm really enjoying this DVD,but I'm not that flexible so the kicks are quite hard for me but it's far better than poncing around with some celebrity who talks to you like an idiot.
The trainer is great, she's out of breath too, which shows me it is hard and I'm not a total wus.
I find myself telling her to hang on when she starts the fast routine before I've got the punching, the bouncing and the feet going in the right direction, but hopefully I'll get it eventually.
It's good fun and Keli is good. I don't even have to press the 'mute' button to shut her up! Pretty good for around 6 quid.

Hard work!
I think this is one of the hardest of the 10 minute solutions range! I think its best to watch the DVD through once before starting to do it so you can give it your all, and when you do you will know about it! Its always encouraging when the instructor is out of breath with you!
