Also disappointed
I bought this ironing board hoping it would bring back some exitement into my life. It is designer after all! I placed it up against the lounge wall at a recent party in my house, and NOBODY commented on it! I was so distraught that I kicked everyone out and drunkenly set about the ironing board with a fire axe whilst crying hysterically. Apart from that its ok.

Poor cover
I have recently purchased the above and I am really very disappointed with the quality of the covering. It is very thin with little or no padding underneath the top covering, when you use it it is like ironing on cobble stones. I am trying to acquire a much better under cover at present and having to use a sheet to avoid the much to thin covering marking my fine clothes. Perhaps in hindsight I should have looked locally rather than buy on line. Very very disappointed indeed

Lightweight, easy to use
Firstly I'm sure it would help you to know the dimensions of this board as for some reason Amazon have not put them in the description. The board minus resting plate measures 43cm wide x 122cm long. It is easy to put up and down and is light to carry. I am 5ft 7inches tall and at its highest setting comes up to my stomach. The cover does not have the silver relective material that some have or much padding but still gives good smooth performance. By only slight gripe is that the resting plate has a big hole in the middle so you have to be careful how you put your iron down. There is also a shelf underneath and hook on the plate end for hangars. Overall a good buy.
